    How to reduce your body odor

    Having body odor is something you need to get worried about. No one will want to associate with someone having body odor; i think you should know that already.

    Causes of Body Odor

    1. Wearing dirty clothes.

    2. Eating unhealthy foods.

    3. Sweating alot also cause body odor.

    4. Inconsistent washing of the body.

     5. Wearing undry clothes.

    How To Eliminate Body Odor

    1. Keep your skin dry all the time.

    2. Shave your armpit hair regularly.

    3. Staying hydrated by drinking alot of water also help to eliminate body odor.

     4. Reduce any kind of stress.

    5. Rub diluted lemon juice to your armpit because most times, body odor ooze out from the armpit area.

    6. Make sure you exercise regularly as it will help in pushing out the toxin causing the odor through the sweat.

    7. Wash your body thoroughly.

    8. Don't wear tight clothes (wear breathable fabrics).

     9. Don't ever try to apply perfumes to your body odor,  instead of helping issues it will only worsen the odor.

    10. Consult the dermatologist if the body odor is permanent.
